1,In special circumstances, for projects with concrete encapsulation, thin-walled conduits with a nominal wall thickness less than the specified in the table can be produced through mutual agreement between the supply and demand parties. 2,SN16, SN24, and SN32 are the ring stiffness (3%) levels (at room temperature) of rigid polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits. 3,SN8, SN12, and SN16 are the ring stiffness (3%) grades (80 ºC) of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits, respectively.

Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit has a standard fixed length of 6 meters and comes with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These are spaced 2.0 meters apart and positioned 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel will transfer the pipe material to construction workers at the bottom of the trench. Rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.

3. To adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casing, use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the pipe's axis and that the cutting surface is smooth and flat for a perfect fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect the CPVC power protective casing using either a socket or interface connection for a secure and reliable bond.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit with an indication of the insertion length. Ensure the pipe is fully and accurately inserted into the socket to maintain proper alignment.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clean any soil or debris from the outside of the pipe socket and the inside of the rubber ring. This will facilitate a secure connection and prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling must be performed after the concealed pipeline project has passed inspection. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Use soft soil for backfilling around the CPVC power protective casing to ensure a smooth and secure fit.
3. Backfilling soil should be manually filled into the ditch. The use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid causing any damage.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil meets the specified density requirements as outlined in the design to maintain the integrity of the installation.

How long is your delivery time?
For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air.
