(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit is precisely crafted to a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring optimal stability and performance. To support this, three strategically positioned pipe sleepers accompany each conduit, with an exact spacing of 2.0 meters between them, and are meticulously placed 0.5 meters away from each joint to guarantee seamless integration and durability.

2. The CPVC power protective casings are ingeniously designed for manual installation, simplifying the process. Ground personnel will expertly transfer the pipe material to the adept construction crew situated at the trench's bottom. For safety and precision, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited, ensuring a secure and correct installation.

3. When the situation necessitates adjustments to the length of the CPVC power protective casings, state-of-the-art mechanical tools should be employed for cutting. It is crucial to ensure that the cut is meticulously perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, creating a smooth and flat surface that enhances fitting accuracy and reliability.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for the CPVC power protective casings are expertly crafted using either socket or interface connections, ensuring robust and reliable assembly tailored to various installation needs.

2. For a flawless connection, mark the surface of each CPVC power conduit with the precise insertion length indicator. After insertion into the designated socket, a thorough verification is vital to confirm the insertion indicator's accuracy and proper alignment, ensuring a seamless, error-free connection.

(3) Backfill Soil

2. It is crucial to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil. This gentle backfilling method provides necessary support and protection, maintaining the system's stability and durability.
3. The process of backfilling soil into the ditch must be performed manually with precision. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to ensure that the integrity and design of the installation are not compromised.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil quality meets the design-specified density requirements, maintaining the structural integrity and reliable performance of the entire system.
