Installation Instructions

 

1. When installing the honeycomb pipes, if you encounter standard soil conditions (excluding soft soil), there's no need to prepare the bottom of the trench with special materials or undertake wrapping procedures. Once the pipe is laid in the trench, you can proceed to backfill and open the area to traffic.

2. For laying multiple honeycomb pipes within the same ditch, ensure that more than two pipes are positioned at the bottom. Securely tie two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and at the midpoint of the pipe length to maintain an orderly arrangement before backfilling.

3. When laying an optical cable across a highway, ensure the pipes are neatly aligned at the bottom of the trench, adhering to the designed depth. Cover the pipes with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand before proceeding with the rest of the backfill.
 

 

4. During engineering projects, pipes are connected using joints. Begin by applying PVC glue to the joints, then connect them to ensure a secure fit. For pipes of varying specifications, strictly follow the factory markings at the joints to avoid misalignment.

5. Upon completion of each construction section, temporarily seal any unused pipes with plugs to prevent sand and gravel from entering. Any cut pipes can be utilized in other sections and should be connected according to the required length for optimum efficiency.
