Installation Instructions

1. To ensure a flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques. The use of screw connections and bonding methods is strictly forbidden to maintain pipeline integrity. Specialized tools are a must for connecting each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process, ensuring maximum safety and precision.

2. Achieve impeccable connections by using PE pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before embarking on the connection process, conduct a detailed quality test to verify that every component meets the stringent required standards, guaranteeing a robust and reliable pipeline setup.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure that the pipe ends are meticulously clean. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to protect them. Immediately after completing a connection, inspect the interface to confirm a flawless union.

4. For optimal hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pure cotton cloth both before and after use. Scrupulously follow the heating time and temperature guidelines set by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as the pipes and fittings, to ensure each connection is crafted to perfection.

5. Adhere to the stipulated pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding, as specified by equipment and pipe manufacturers. It is critical during these phases to refrain from moving or applying any pressure to the connecting parts, ensuring a secure and stable weld.

6. After completing each connection, it is crucial to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes. This test should be done within one hour of the hot-melt weld to verify pipeline integrity. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge any air, and meticulously check for water tightness to ensure a leak-proof system.

7. The construction of the pipeline engineering is only considered operational upon passing the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that every aspect meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
