Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is securely paired with three sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them exactly 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. Ground personnel must transfer the pipe material directly to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is strictly prohibited to roll pipes into the groove, ensuring a safe and precise installation process.

3. In cases where length adjustments for the CPVC power protective casings are necessary, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface, ready for seamless installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and reliable joint.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit at the connection point with an indication of the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion marker is accurate and properly positioned for optimal performance.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is essential to ensure a proper connection and prevent any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been formally accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to avoid any damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline to external elements.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the trench; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and position of the pipelines.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the long-term stability and functionality of the installation.
