Installation Instructions

1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ exclusively electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Absolutely avoid screw connections or bonding techniques. Utilize specialized tools for each type of connection, and ensure no open flames are used for heating during the process.

2. For optimal performance, connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that are identical in brand, material, and SDR rating. Before commencing the connection, conduct a thorough test to ensure the quality meets the stringent required standards.

3. To maintain integrity when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, keep pipe ends pristine. Seal pipe openings temporarily at the conclusion of each work session. Inspect the interface immediately upon completing the connection.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, clean the heating plate meticulously with a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere rigorously to the stipulated heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt welding machine, pipes, and fittings.

5. Follow the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as dictated by the machine and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, ensure the connection parts are neither moved nor pressured.

6. After making the connections, conduct a water pressure test within 1 hour to guarantee the integrity of the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints for the hydrostatic test. Fully fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then meticulously check for water tightness.

7. Pipeline engineering construction will only be deemed complete and operational after a successful final acceptance inspection has been passed.
