Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo thorough inspection in accordance with the product standards. Any pipe failing to meet these standards is strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. When relocating the pipe, ensure it is lifted and placed gently. Under no circumstances should the pipe be dragged, rolled, or moved using a forklift, tractor, or similar equipment in the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during the pipe laying process. It is recommended to dig the trench as you lay the pipe. The groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width at least equal to the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand after completing the interface.

4. For pipe length adjustments, mechanical cutting methods must be employed. The cut should be clean, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Open flame cutting is strictly forbidden.

5. For diameter modifications or branch connections, appropriate fittings must be utilized. Avoid creating holes in pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the design slope requirements, ensuring elevation errors do not exceed the values specified in the national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. Utilize fusion and flange connections in low or near-minimum temperatures. Ensure all connecting parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free of impurities like soil and water. Metal components such as flanges and bolts for flange connections must be treated with anti-corrosion measures based on soil quality and relevant standards.
