Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each segment of the pipe must undergo a rigorous inspection based on the product standards. Any pipe found not meeting the set criteria must not be installed. Ensuring compliance with these standards is crucial to maintain integrity and functionality.

2. During relocation, the pipe should be handled with utmost care, lifting and placing it gently. It is absolutely forbidden to drag, roll, or use equipment like forklifts, tractors, or any heavy machinery to move the pipe, particularly within the trench, to prevent any damage.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry throughout the pipe laying process. Excavation should be conducted concurrently with pipe installation. The groove's length should align with the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is complete, promptly backfill the grooves with medium-coarse sand to secure the placement.

4. When cutting the pipe to the desired length, use mechanical methods to ensure precision. The cut surface must be smooth and perfectly perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Open flames must never be used for cutting as it can compromise the pipe’s quality and safety.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, only matching pipe fittings should be utilized. Never create openings on pipes or fittings to attach branches, as this can weaken the structure and lead to failures.

6. Installation must adhere to the designed slope specifications. The elevation error should not exceed the limits prescribed by the current national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268 for prestressed concrete water supply and drainage pipes.

7. Use fusion or flange connections when the ambient temperature is low or nearing the minimum threshold. Prior to connecting, thoroughly clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other parts to ensure they are free of soil, water, and impurities. Additionally, employ anti-corrosion measures for metal components like flanges and bolts based on the soil quality on site and relevant standards to ensure longevity and reliability.
