1. When embarking on the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is of utmost importance to employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods exclusively. The use of screw connections and bonding is strictly off-limits. Ensure that each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is executed with specialized tools designed for precision and safety. Steer clear of open flames for heating during the connection process to maintain the integrity of the installation.

2. It is essential that polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same illustrious brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to the commencement of the connection process, conduct a rigorous test to confirm that the quality meets and exceeds the required standards, ensuring a seamless and reliable connection.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to ensure that the pipe ends are immaculate. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to protect against any contamination. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to guarantee a flawless connection.

4. Prior to and following the hot melt butt welding process, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere scrupulously to the heating time and temperature guidelines as specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as the pipes and fittings, to ensure optimal results.

5. It is imperative to follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding, as outlined by both the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to prevent any compromise to the connection.

6. After the connection has been completed, it is vital to conduct a comprehensive water pressure test on the pipes. This test should be performed within one hour after the hot-melt weld is finished. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before conducting the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel any air pockets, and then diligently check for water tightness to ensure a robust and leak-proof system.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be officially deemed operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that the installation meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
