Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo rigorous inspection in accordance with the relevant product standards. Pipes that do not meet these standards are strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. When transporting the pipe, ensure it is lifted and placed with utmost care. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or other heavy machinery to move the pipe within the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. During the pipe laying process, ensure no water accumulates in the trench. It's recommended to dig the trench in conjunction with the pipe laying process. The groove's length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is set, immediately backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand.

4. If the pipe needs to be cut, use mechanical methods to ensure clean, perpendicular cuts. The cutting face must be flat and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for any cutting.

5. When altering the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes, only use appropriate and compatible fittings. Do not create openings on the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe in accordance with the designated slope requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the specified limit as per the current national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'

7. Use fusion or flange connections in low ambient temperatures, especially when near the minimum threshold. Ensure all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, and impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal components like looping flanges and bolts according to the site's soil quality and the relevant standards.
