Installation Instructions
 

The connection modes of our HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes are versatile and robust, encompassing mechanical connections as well as a series of advanced thermal fusion procedures. The main connection techniques include butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, ensuring a secure and reliable installation.

1. The pipeline foundation should be prepared with an earth arc base. For general soil conditions, lay a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand on the undisturbed soil foundation or compacted backfill. For poor soil quality foundations, use a sand gravel base layer of at least 200mm thickness, potentially laid in two layers: the lower layer with 5~32mm particle size gravel at 100~150mm thickness, and the upper layer with coarse sand of no less than 50mm thickness. Ensure that the base density meets the specifications in Table 2. For soft soil foundations, if the foundation's bearing capacity is below design requirements or disturbed by construction precipitation, strengthen the foundation to meet the specified bearing capacity before laying the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. The axillary corners within the designed earth arc foundation's supporting angle range must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure the backfilling range exceeds the supporting angle 2α plus 30 degrees. The compactness of the backfill must adhere to technical regulations for optimal stability.

3. When laying the pipeline foundation, grooves for the socket interface and sleeve connection should be dug concurrently with the pipeline's installation. The groove's dimensions-length, width, and depth-should match the pipe joint size. Once the joint is complete, backfill immediately with medium coarse sand to ensure density and stability.

4. In sections where longitudinal uneven settlement of the pipeline may occur due to pipeline load or ground soil changes, reinforce the foundation prior to laying the pipeline to maintain structural integrity.
For polyethylene drainage pipe foundation treatment, adopt composite methods such as sand piles or stone piles. Avoid using rigid treatments like driven piles, concrete pads, and concrete strip foundations to prevent structural compromises.
