Installation Instructions

1. Each pipe must be meticulously inspected against the product standards before installation. Any pipe failing to meet these rigorous standards is strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. Handle the pipes with care, lifting and placing them gently during transportation. Dragging, rolling, or using equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or similar machinery to move pipes in trenches is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during the pipe-laying process. It is recommended to excavate the trench concurrent with the pipe laying. The groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. After completing the interface, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. Mechanical methods must be used when cutting the pipe to the desired length. The cutting surface should be smooth, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. Use appropriate pipe fittings when changing the pipe's diameter or connecting branch pipes. Do not create holes in pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipes according to the design-required slope, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the prestressed concrete pipe standards specified in the national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. For low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Clean all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, seals, ensuring they are free from soil, water, and other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal products like looping flanges and bolts according to the site's soil quality and relevant standards.
