During the installation of the MPP power cable protection tube, the connection method is crucial. Selecting the right method ensures the reliable operation of the power piping system. This section introduces several common MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, helping you understand the characteristics and application scenarios of each one.

01. Before beginning installation, verify that the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine meet the necessary welding requirements. Conduct a test run on the milling cutter and oil pump switch. Install the slips that match the pipe specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate to the welding temperature. Before heating, clean the heating plate's surface with clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains.

02. Remove dirt from both ends of the pipe. Place the pipe into the frame clamp ensuring both ends extend equally. Support the parts of the pipe outside the rack. Align the pipe height with the centerline of the frame, then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter and proceed to mill the pipe.

03. After milling, ensure continuous cutting at both pipe ends. Remove the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two or three cycles before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
 
04. Remove the milling cutter and close the pipes at both ends. Inspect the end faces, ensuring the displacement at both ends does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. There should be no significant gap between the end faces, and the gap width should comply with: 0.3MM (DN).<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips, reaching the minimum curling height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, allowing the pipe ends to contact the heating plate. Continue heating until the specified time is reached.

06.When the heat absorption time is met, retract the movable frame and quickly remove the heating plate. Join the two pipe ends, ensuring the switching time is minimal and does not exceed the specified limit. The closing pressure should be controlled to avoid squeezing out molten material, which could compromise welding quality.

07.Increase the pressure to the specified value and hold it for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe, completing the welding process.
