Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection in accordance with the product standards. Any pipe failing to meet these standards is strictly forbidden for use.

2. When transporting the pipe, ensure it is lifted and placed gently. Absolutely avoid dragging, rolling, or employing forklifts, tractors, or similar machinery to move the pipe within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during the laying process. Digging should proceed simultaneously with pipe laying. The trench length should accommodate the pipe interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is connected, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. For pipe length adjustments, mechanical cutting methods are essential to ensure a clean, perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. Refrain from using open flames for cutting.

5. When modifying the pipe diameter or attaching branch pipes, use appropriate fittings. Avoid creating unauthorized openings in pipes or fittings.

6. Pipes must be laid in accordance with the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the limits set by the current national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268.

7. Utilize fusion or flange connections in low ambient temperatures or near minimum temperature thresholds. Ensure all connecting components such as sockets, sleeves, and seals are free of soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion treatments as per the site's soil conditions and relevant standards.
