Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a precise standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each section is securely paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from each joint. This ensures a robust and stable installation.

2. For the installation of CPVC power protective casings, manual methods are recommended. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe materials to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is imperative to avoid rolling the pipes into the groove to prevent any damage.

3. Should any length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical cutting tools must be employed. Ensure that cuts are made perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a clean, smooth, and flat surface for seamless integration.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connecting CPVC power protective casings can be accomplished using either socket or interface methods, providing flexibility and reliability in various installation environments.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the exact insertion length. After insertion into the socket, double-check that the insertion indicator is precisely positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is crucial to facilitate a proper connection and ensure there are no water leaks.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been inspected and accepted. Immediate backfilling prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline, maintaining its integrity.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection and support.
3. Perform backfilling manually to ensure precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any undue stress or damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the longevity and stability of the installation.
