1. To ensure a seamless installation of your buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is of utmost importance to exclusively utilize electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Under no circumstances should screw connections or bonding be considered. Each connection type for polyethylene water supply pipelines must be executed with specialized tools to ensure precision and durability. Avoid any use of open flames during the process to prevent potential hazards.

2. For integrity and performance at its peak, polyethylene pipes must be connected using pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to initiating any connection, carry out a meticulous test to ensure that each component meets the high standards required for quality assurance.

3. When it comes to joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, cleanliness is key. Ensure the pipe ends are spotless and seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session to protect against contamination. Conduct a prompt inspection of the interface immediately after completing each connection to verify precision.

4. The meticulous cleaning of the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth is crucial both before and after performing hot melt butt welding. Adherence to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings is absolutely essential to achieve optimal welding results.

5. Strictly adhere to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as specified by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is vital that no movement or external pressure is applied to the connecting parts to ensure a secure and reliable bond.

6. After completing the connections, it is crucial to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes. This test should be conducted within 1 hour of finishing the hot-melt weld. Make sure the pipeline is securely fastened and that the joints are exposed before starting the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, eliminate any air pockets, and then conduct a thorough check for water tightness to confirm the integrity of the connections.

7. The pipeline engineering construction project can only be regarded as operational once it has successfully passed the rigorous final acceptance inspection, ensuring all standards and specifications have been met to the highest degree.
