Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure compliance with the product standards. Pipes failing to meet these stringent criteria are strictly forbidden from being laid.

2. When moving the pipe, it must be lifted and placed with utmost care. The use of dragging, rolling, or transporting the pipes with forklifts, tractors, or any heavy machinery in the trench is strictly prohibited.

3. During the pipe laying process, ensure that trenches remain free of water. It is recommended to dig concurrently with the pipe laying. The groove length should align with the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Upon interface completion, promptly backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand.

4. Should the pipe require length adjustments, employ mechanical methods for cutting. Ensure that the cutting surface is smooth, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, appropriate pipe fittings must be utilized. Do not create holes in pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the design slope requirements, with elevation errors not exceeding the limits specified in the national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. In low-temperature conditions or near the minimum temperature, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts are clean, free from soil, water, and other impurities. Metal products like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections must be treated with anti-corrosion measures based on site soil quality and relevant standards.
