Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is an impressive 6 meters, meticulously designed to ensure efficiency. Each conduit is strategically paired with three sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between them and judiciously positioning them just 0.5 meters away from every joint, promoting optimal support and stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be effortlessly installed by hand. It is crucial for ground personnel to seamlessly transfer the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It's imperative to strictly prohibit rolling pipes into the groove, ensuring safety and integrity during installation.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, the use of mechanical tools for cutting is required. Ensure the cut is made perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth, flat surface for seamless integration.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Seamless connections for CPVC power protective casings are achieved using either reliable socket or interface connections, ensuring strength and durability.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection by indicating the precise insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, it is essential to verify that the insertion indicator is accurately and properly positioned for optimal connection assurance.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is crucial to facilitating a proper connection and effectively preventing water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted, ensuring that no undue delays occur. This prompt action prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline, safeguarding its long-term integrity.
2. Make certain that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil, providing gentle protection and support.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality and integrity of the pipeline installation.
4. The quality of backfill soil must rigorously meet the design-specified density requirements, ensuring a robust and stable installation.
