Installation Instructions

 

1. Efficient Honeycomb Pipe Burial: For standard installations without special conditions such as soft soil, there is no need for additional trench bottom preparation or wrapping. Simply lay the pipe, backfill, and open to traffic, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

2. Seamless Multi-Pipe Laying: When placing multiple honeycomb pipes in the same trench, ensure they are neatly arranged by tying two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and at the midpoint of the pipe. This method guarantees orderly alignment and simplifies the backfilling process.

3. Highway Optical Cable Placement: For optical cable installations across highways, align the pipes at the bottom of the trench to the specified design depth. Prior to soil backfill, add approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand to stabilize the pipes, ensuring a secure and stable foundation.
 

 

4. Secure Pipe Connections: For engineering applications, use proper joints to connect pipes. Apply PVC glue to the joints before connecting to ensure a tight and leak-proof seal. Follow factory markings meticulously when connecting pipes of varying specifications to prevent misalignment.

5. Optimal Pipe Maintenance: After completing each construction phase, seal any temporarily unused pipes with plugs to prevent contamination from sand and gravel. Repurpose cut pipes for other sections by connecting them to the required lengths, ensuring efficient use of materials.
