Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters and is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Ensure pipe sleepers are spaced 2.0 meters apart and positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal installation.

2. CPVC power protective casing can be installed manually. Ground personnel should transfer the pipe material to construction personnel at the bottom of the trench. It is strictly prohibited to roll the pipe into the groove to avoid damage.

3. Adjust the length of CPVC power protective casing by cutting with mechanical tools. Ensure the cut at the cutting point is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow and is smooth and flat for a proper fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect the CPVC power protective casing using a socket or interface connection for a secure fit.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indication. When inserting the pipe into the socket, ensure that the insertion indication is accurate and appropriately positioned.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or attachments from the outside of the pipe socket and inside the rubber ring to facilitate a secure connection and prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Backfill the trench after the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Perform backfilling promptly to prevent potential losses due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the surrounding area of CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. Manually fill backfill soil into the ditch. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid potential damage.
4. The quality of backfill soil must comply with the density requirements specified in the design to ensure stability and durability.

How long is your delivery time?

For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, it takes 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after dispatch.
