Installation Instructions

1. For the flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it's imperative to exclusively utilize electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques. The use of screw connections and bonding is strictly prohibited to maintain integrity and safety. Ensure that each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipeline is executed with specialized tools designed for this purpose. Avoid any use of open flames during the connection process to prevent any potential damage.

2. Connect your polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating for seamless integration. Before you begin any connection work, a comprehensive test is essential to ensure that the quality of the materials meets the required high standards, guaranteeing reliability and durability.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to ensure the pipe ends are immaculate. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain cleanliness and integrity. Once the connection is complete, perform an immediate inspection of the interface to ensure flawless execution.

4. Both prior to and following the hot melt butt welding process, it is vital to meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere stringently to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings. This guarantees perfect welding results.

5. Rigorously apply the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as detailed by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is essential not to move or apply any pressure to the connecting parts, ensuring a secure and stable connection.

6. Following the connection, it is crucial to conduct a thorough water pressure test on the pipes to confirm their integrity. This test should be performed within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Make certain to secure the pipeline and expose the joints before commencing the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, evacuate any air, and check meticulously for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction project can only be considered complete and operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that all installation and safety standards have been met with precision.
