1. For the expertly executed installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure you utilize the superior methods of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking. These methods guarantee optimal performance and durability. Avoid screw connections or bonding, as they may compromise the pipeline's integrity and strength. Utilize specialized tools for precise connections. During the process, avoid open flames to prevent damage and ensure safety.

2. Achieve perfect compatibility and reliability in polyethylene pipes by using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before beginning, perform a comprehensive quality test to ensure the required standards are met, securing a dependable and long-lasting pipeline.

3. To ensure a seamless and efficient connection, maintain immaculate pipe ends when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. Seal pipe openings at the end of each work session to prevent contamination. Immediately inspect the interface post-connection to confirm it is secure and free of defects.

4. Before and after hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate with a perfectly clean cotton cloth for optimal heat transfer and connection quality. Follow the heating time and temperature guidelines set by the manufacturers for the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings to ensure the best possible results.

5. Adhere to the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as advised by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to maintain a robust and stable connection.

6. To verify the integrity and reliability of the pipeline, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within one hour after completing the hot melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and assess water tightness to confirm a successful connection.

7. The completion of pipeline engineering construction is only validated after passing the final acceptance inspection, which ensures all standards and specifications have been adhered to, resulting in a safe and effective water supply system.
