1. When embarking on the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to exclusively employ the precision methods of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking. Under no circumstances should screw connections or bonding methods be used, as these are strictly prohibited. It is imperative that each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipeline is achieved using specialized tools designed for this purpose. Avoid the use of open flames during the heating process to ensure safety and integrity.

2. For optimal quality assurance, polyethylene pipes must be seamlessly connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same distinguished brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection process, it is essential to conduct a meticulous test to ascertain that the quality adheres to the highest industry standards.

3. During the joining process of polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is of utmost importance to maintain pristine conditions at the pipe ends. To prevent contamination, temporarily seal all pipe openings at the conclusion of each work session. Upon completing the connection, perform an immediate inspection of the interface to ensure flawless integration.

4. In preparation for and after executing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth to prevent any impurities. Adhere strictly to the precise heating time and temperature parameters put forth by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings, ensuring perfect execution every time.

5. It is vital to adhere to the exact pressure holding and cooling durations prescribed for hot melt butt welding, as specified by both the equipment and pipe manufacturers. Throughout these critical periods, ensure that there is no movement or pressure applied to the connecting parts, safeguarding the integrity of the connection.

6. Following the connection process, conducting a comprehensive water pressure test on the pipes is essential. Execute this test within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints in preparation for the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, thoroughly expel any trapped air, and rigorously check for water tightness to confirm a secure connection.

7. The culmination of the pipeline engineering construction journey is marked by its transition to operational status, only after it has successfully triumphed in the final acceptance inspection, ensuring excellence in every facet.
