1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ only state-of-the-art electric fusion welding and precision hot melt docking methods. Avoid screw connections or bonding at all costs. Ensure each connection utilizes specialized tools for maximum efficiency. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process for the highest safety standards.

2. Ensure all polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings of the identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Conduct a thorough pre-connection test to verify the quality meets stringent standards before proceeding.

3. Maintain pipe ends in immaculate condition when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. Temporarily seal pipe openings at the end of each work session to safeguard against contamination. Inspect the interface immediately after completing each connection to ensure integrity.

4. Clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth both before and after performing hot melt butt welding. Adhere strictly to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings for optimal results.

5. Observe the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as set by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. It is crucial not to move or disturb the connecting parts during these periods to ensure a flawless connection.

6. Conduct a rigorous water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour post hot-melt weld completion. Secure the pipeline and expose all joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and meticulously check for water tightness.

7. Pipeline engineering construction can only be considered operational after passing the final acceptance inspection with flying colors, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
