Installation Instructions

1. To ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency when installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively utilize electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. The use of screw connections and bonding methods is strictly off-limits. Specialized tools are essential for each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection, avoiding the risks posed by open flames during the heating process.

2. Achieve optimal results by connecting polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection, conduct a meticulous quality test to ensure compliance with required standards.

3. For seamless joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to verify integrity.

4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. Adhere precisely to the heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to ensure secure connections.

5. Adhere to the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as per the guidelines from the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connected parts, ensuring a robust and durable join.

6. Following the connection, it is vital to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes to ensure the integrity of the installation. This test should be performed within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline, expose the joints, fill the pipeline with water, expel any air, and confirm watertightness.

7. Only after the pipeline engineering construction has triumphantly passed the final acceptance inspection can it be deemed fully operational, ensuring peace of mind and reliability.
