Installation Instructions
 

The connection modes for HDPE double-wall bellows and both b and c tubes incorporate advanced mechanical connections and a variety of thermal fusion techniques. The primary methods include butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connections, and compression connections.

1. The pipeline foundation should ideally be based on an earth arc. For standard soil, a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand should be laid on undisturbed soil or compacted backfill below the pipe's base. If the soil quality is poor, use a sand gravel base layer at least 200mm thick, which can also be laid in two layers: the lower layer of gravel (particle size 5~32mm) at 100~150mm thick, and the upper layer of coarse sand at a minimum of 50mm thick. The base density should meet the specifications in Table 2. For soft soil foundations, if the bearing capacity is below design requirements or affected by conditions like construction precipitation, the foundation must be strengthened. Once the foundation's specified bearing capacity is achieved, lay the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. The axillary corners within the designed support angle range of the earth arc foundation must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling range should exceed the supporting Angle 2α by at least 30 degrees, ensuring the compactness meets technical regulation requirements.

3. Grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections in the pipeline foundation should be excavated concurrently with pipeline laying. The groove's dimensions depend on the pipe joint size. After completing the joint, immediately backfill with medium coarse sand to ensure proper density.

4. In sections where longitudinal uneven settlement of the pipeline might occur due to factors such as pipeline load or soil changes, the foundation must be reinforced before laying the pipeline.
For polyethylene drainage pipe foundations, adopt composite treatment methods like sand piles and stone piles. Avoid using rigid foundation treatments such as driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations.
