Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, meticulously inspect each pipe to ensure it adheres to our stringent product standards. Any pipe that does not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited from installation to maintain optimal performance and safety.

2. Exercise the utmost care when relocating each pipe. Avoid dragging or rolling, and refrain from using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or any other equipment that could damage the pipes during trench placement.

3. Maintain a water-free trench throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, synchronize trench digging with pipe installation. The trench groove should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width at least equal to the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface for optimal stability.

4. Utilize mechanical methods to cut pipes to the required lengths, ensuring the cuts are clean, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames to preserve pipe integrity and safety.

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always employ appropriate pipe fittings to ensure secure connections. Do not create openings directly on the pipes or fittings for any connections, as this compromises structural integrity.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope requirements outlined in the design plans, ensuring the elevation error is within the limits set by national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections for secure seals. Ensure all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are free from soil, water, or impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, adhering to soil quality and relevant standards to enhance durability and longevity.
