Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standardized fixed length for CPVC power conduits is 6 meters, with each conduit complemented by 3 sets of pipe sleepers spaced 2.0 meters apart. Position each sleeper 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure stability and secure installation.

2. Manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is feasible. Ground personnel must efficiently pass the pipe material to the construction team stationed at the trench's base. It is strictly prohibited to roll the pipes into the trench to prevent damage.

3. When length adjustments are necessary for CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis to achieve smooth and flat surfaces for optimal fitting.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are executed using either socket fittings or interface connections for a secure and reliable fit.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate insertion lengths. After inserting the conduit into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent potential damage from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Use soft soil to backfill around the CPVC power protective casing, ensuring it provides adequate support and protection.
3. Backfilling soil into the trench must be completed manually; the use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the pipeline.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements to maintain the integrity and stability of the installation.
