Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit comes with a standardized fixed length of 6 meters, expertly designed for precision and efficiency. Each conduit is complemented by 3 strategically placed sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring stability and uniformity. These sleepers are meticulously spaced 2.0 meters apart and precisely positioned 0.5 meters from each joint for optimal support and alignment.
2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is designed for ease and efficiency, allowing for manual handling. Ground personnel are responsible for safely transferring the pipe material to the construction crew positioned at the base of the trench. To maintain the integrity of the installation, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.
3. Should length modifications be required for CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools to ensure precise cutting. The cut must be executed perpendicularly to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a perfectly smooth and flat edge, primed for a flawless fit.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. CPVC power protective casings are expertly connected using either socket or interface methods. These options ensure a secure and stable connection, tailored to meet specific installation needs.
2. To guarantee a perfect fit, clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length. Once the conduit is inserted into the socket, verify that the insertion marker is perfectly aligned and correctly positioned, ensuring a seamless joint.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clean any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This essential step ensures a precision-fitting connection and effectively prevents any potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent any damage that might arise from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Carefully ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing a gentle yet effective buffer.
3. Manually apply backfilling soil to the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the structural integrity and precise alignment of the installation.
4. The backfill soil must adhere to design-specified density requirements, ensuring that the quality and performance meet the rigorous standards set for reliability and durability.
