Installation Instructions

1. When embarking on the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to rely solely on electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Absolutely avoid screw connections and bonding to ensure long-term reliability and safety. Every connection should be completed using specialized tools designed for polyethylene water supply pipelines. Ensure a safe process by avoiding open flame heating during connections.

2. For optimal results, polyethylene pipes must be merged using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before proceeding with connections, perform a meticulous test to verify that the quality of materials meets stringent industry standards.

3. As you join polyethylene water supply pipelines, make certain the pipe ends are immaculate. At the close of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain cleanliness. Upon completing any connection, conduct an immediate inspection of the interface to ensure precision and integrity.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, rigorously clean the heating plate using a spotless cotton cloth to prevent contamination. Adhere unwaveringly to the heating time and temperature specifications provided by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to guarantee optimal results.

5. To achieve perfect bonds, follow the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as directed by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is imperative not to disturb or apply undue pressure to the connecting components, ensuring solid and lasting connections.

6. Upon completing the connection process, it is vital to execute a water pressure test on the pipes. Conduct this test within one hour of finishing the hot-melt weld. To prepare, secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel any trapped air, and then verify the watertightness with precision and care.

7. The entire pipeline engineering project can only be considered operational and ready for use following the successful completion of the final acceptance inspection, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
