Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit has a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Accompanying each conduit are 3 sets of pipe sleepers, strategically spaced 2.0 meters apart and positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel must carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the bottom of the trench. Please note, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden.

3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical tools must be used for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, producing a smooth and flat surface for best results.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are achieved using either socket or interface connections, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and correctly positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is crucial to remove any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This guarantees a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling protects the pipeline from damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection and support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; the use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the density requirements specified in the design to ensure structural integrity.
