Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit has a standard fixed length of 6 meters. For every conduit, deploy 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a 2.0-meter spacing between them and positioning them 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. For manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, the ground personnel must transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Avoid rolling pipes into the groove to prevent damage.

3. When length adjustments are necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical tools to cut. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using either socket or interface methods.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior are free from soil or attachments. This guarantees a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to avoid potential damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure structural stability.
