Installation Instructions

 

1. Each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection in full compliance with product standards before installation. Any pipe failing to meet these standards is strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. Exercise utmost care when handling the pipe. It must be lifted and placed gently, avoiding any dragging, rolling, or use of forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry throughout the pipe laying process. Dig trenches concurrently with pipe laying. The groove length should align with the interface length; depth should be between 50-100mm, and width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill grooves with medium-coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. For precise pipe length adjustments, use mechanical cutting methods. The cut should be clean, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

 

5. Use only matching pipe fittings when altering the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes. Do not create makeshift holes on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe following the designed slope, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the specified limit as per the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. Use fusion or flange connections, especially in low-temperature conditions. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts to ensure they are free from soil, water, and impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal components like flanges and bolts according to site soil quality and relevant standards.
