Installation Instructions

1. Before installation, each pipe must undergo thorough inspection as specified by the product standards. Any pipe that fails to meet these standards must not be used.

2. Carefully handle the pipes during transportation by lifting and placing them gently. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar machinery to move the pipes in trenches is strictly prohibited.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during pipe laying. It is recommended to dig the trench concurrently with the pipe laying. The groove length should align with the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width at least matching the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand post-interface completion.

4. When pipes need to be cut to specific lengths, use mechanical methods to ensure a flat and perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, always use appropriate fittings. Do not create holes in the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the designed slope requirements. The elevation error should not exceed the limits specified in the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. In low or near-minimum ambient temperatures, employ fusion or flange connections. Ensure the sockets, sleeves, seals, and other connecting parts are clean and free from soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion measures as per the site soil quality and corresponding standards.
