Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for the CPVC power conduit stands at 6 meters. Accompanying each conduit are 3 pipe sleepers, ensuring a uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and a strategic placement 0.5 meters from each joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings allow for manual installation. Ground personnel should hand over the pipe materials to the construction team positioned at the trench's base. Rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to prevent damage.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precision cutting. Ensure that the cut remains perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, achieving a smooth, flat surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for the CPVC power protective casing are facilitated through either socket or interface connections.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit with the insertion length. Upon socket insertion, confirm that the insertion indicator is precise and correctly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a secure connection and mitigates the risk of water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling once the concealed pipeline has passed inspection. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Guarantee that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled using soft soil.
3. Manually perform trench backfilling; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to protect the pipeline integrity.
4. The quality of backfill soil must adhere to the density requirements specified in the design.
