Installation Instructions

The HDPE double-wall bellows boast versatile connection modes including mechanical connection and advanced thermal fusion techniques. The primary methods encompass butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, ensuring robust and seamless integration.

1. To ensure optimal support, the pipeline must rest upon a solid earth arc foundation. For typical soil conditions, a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand should be placed on undisturbed soil or compacted backfill beneath the pipe's base. In areas with poor soil quality, employ a sand gravel base of at least 200mm thickness, optionally laid in two layers: a lower layer of gravel (5~32mm particle size, 100~150mm thick) and an upper layer of coarse sand not less than 50mm thick. Adhere to Table 2 for base density specifications. In cases of soft soil, where the foundation's bearing capacity falls short or is compromised due to factors like construction or precipitation, reinforce the foundation before laying the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. Within the supportive arc foundation design of the pipeline, the axillary corners must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure the backfilling extends beyond the support angle 2α by at least 30 degrees, maintaining compactness per technical regulations.
 

3. As you lay the pipeline, simultaneously excavate grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections in the foundation. Groove dimensions-length, width, and depth-should match the pipe joint size. Once joints are formed, immediately proceed with medium coarse sand backfill to achieve the requisite density.

4. For sections prone to longitudinal uneven settlement due to factors such as pipeline load or soil changes, reinforce the foundation before laying the pipeline to ensure stability and longevity.
For polyethylene drainage pipe foundations, adopt composite treatment methods like sand and stone piles. Avoid rigid measures such as driven piles, concrete pads, or strip foundations to maintain flexibility and resilience.
