The connection modes for HDPE double-wall bellows and B and C tubes are diverse and robust, ensuring reliable performance under varying conditions. These include mechanical connections and a suite of thermal fusion procedures. The primary techniques are butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, each providing a strong, leak-proof bond for maximum durability.

1. The pipeline should be laid on an earth arc foundation. For general soil conditions, start with a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand on the undisturbed soil foundation or on a well-compacted base. If the soil quality is poor, use a sand gravel base layer of no less than 200mm thickness, which can be laid in two layers: a lower layer of 100-150mm thick gravel with particle sizes of 5-32mm, and an upper layer of coarse sand, not less than 50mm thick. The base density must meet the standards outlined in Table 2. For soft soil foundations, if the bearing capacity is below design requirements or affected by construction precipitation, the foundation must first be strengthened. Only after achieving the specified bearing capacity should the medium coarse sand foundation layer be laid.

2. The axillary corner within the supporting angle of the designed earth arc foundation of the pipeline must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure the backfilling range extends beyond the supporting angle 2α by at least 30 degrees. The compactness of the backfill should adhere strictly to technical regulation standards.

3. When laying the pipeline foundation, dig grooves for the socket interface and sleeve connection concurrently. The groove's dimensions-length, width, and depth-should correspond to the pipe joint size. Once the joint is in place, immediately backfill the area with medium coarse sand to the required density.

4. In sections where uneven longitudinal settlement of the pipeline may occur due to pipeline load or ground soil changes, reinforce the foundation before laying the pipeline. This preventive measure ensures long-term stability and reliability.
For polyethylene drainage pipe foundation treatment, use sand pile, stone pile, and other composite methods. Avoid rigid foundation treatments such as driven piles, concrete pads, and concrete strip foundations to ensure flexibility and adaptability to soil conditions.
