Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is 6 meters. Each conduit should be paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters away from the joint for maximum stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel are responsible for transferring the pipe materials to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Under no circumstances should pipes be rolled into the groove as this could cause significant damage.

3. Should length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings be necessary, mechanical cutting tools must be utilized. Ensure that the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth and flat surface for optimal functionality.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are executed using either socket or interface methods, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and the positioning is precise for an optimal fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it's essential to clear any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is crucial in facilitating a proper connection and preventing any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been formally accepted. Prompt backfilling is critical to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline to environmental elements.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled exclusively with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. The process of backfilling soil into the ditch must be done manually. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the pipeline.
4. The backfill soil quality must adhere strictly to the design-specified density requirements, ensuring the stability and longevity of the installation.
