Installation Instructions

 

1. For typical installations, when burying honeycomb pipes, trench preparation is minimal-no special treatment or wrapping is needed. Simply lay the pipe in the trench and backfill it. The area can be opened to traffic immediately after backfilling.

2. When laying multiple honeycomb pipes in the same trench, ensure a tidy arrangement. Use two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and halfway along the pipe length to secure them. This keeps the pipes neatly aligned before backfilling.

3. For optical cable installations crossing highways, the pipes should be neatly arranged in the trench according to the design depth. Cover the pipes with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand before completing the soil backfill.
 

 

4. During engineering projects, pipe connections are made using joints. Apply PVC glue to the joints prior to connecting to ensure a secure fit. When connecting pipes of different specifications, strictly follow the factory markings on the joints to prevent misalignment.

5. Upon completing each construction section, seal any temporarily unused pipes with plugs to prevent contamination by sand and gravel. Cut pipes can be reused in other sections as needed, connecting them to the required length.
