Installation Instructions

 

1. Before installation, rigorously inspect each pipe to confirm adherence to product standards. Any pipe not meeting these stringent criteria is strictly prohibited from installation.

2. Exercise exceptional care during pipe handling to prevent damage. Avoid dragging, rolling, or employing heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors to transport pipes in the trench.

3. Maintain a water-free trench during pipe laying. Ideally, synchronize trench digging with pipe placement. The groove's length should correspond to the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. Use mechanical methods to cut pipes to the required lengths, ensuring clean and flat cuts perpendicular to the pipe axis. Refrain from using open flames for cutting.

 

5. Utilize suitable pipe fittings when changing diameters or connecting branch pipes. Avoid making direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error does not exceed the parameters set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. During low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from contaminants such as soil or water. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts like flanges and bolts, depending on soil quality and relevant standards.
