The connection method during the installation of MPP power cable protection tubes is crucial for ensuring the reliable operation of the power piping system. Proper selection of the connection technique can significantly enhance system dependability. This section introduces several common MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, offering insight into their characteristics and application scenarios.

01. Prior to installation, ensure the welding machine's power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate meet welding standards. Perform an empty test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch, etc. Insert the slips that correspond to the pipe's specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate to the designated welding temperature, and clean its surface with clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains before heating.

02. Clean both ends of the pipe from any dirt. Place the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension lengths at both ends. Support parts outside the pipe rack adequately. Align the pipe height with the frame's centerline, then secure the slip. Insert the milling cutter and proceed to mill the pipe.

03. Continue milling until continuous cutting is achieved at both pipe ends. Release the pressure and allow the milling cutter to idle for two or three cycles before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
 
04. Remove the milling cutter and bring the pipe ends together. Inspect the end face alignment, ensuring the displacement at both ends does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. The pipe ends should close without any significant gaps, adhering to the gap width standard: 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe end circumference flips and the minimum curling reaches the designated height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, allowing the pipe end face to contact the heating plate. Continue heating until the specified time is reached.

06.When the heat absorption time is met, retract the movable frame swiftly, and remove the heating plate. Close the pipe ends immediately, keeping the switching time minimal, within the specified limit. Ensure the closing pressure isn't excessively high to avoid squeezing out molten material, which would degrade welding quality.

07.Increase the pressure to the specified level and maintain it during the cooling process. Once naturally cooled to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe, completing the welding process.
