(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation Guide

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is designed to be supported by 3 sets of pipe sleepers. To ensure stability, maintain a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and position them exactly 0.5 meters away from the joints.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings can be efficiently performed manually. Ground personnel are responsible for transferring the pipe materials to the construction team located at the trench's bottom. It is crucial to avoid rolling the pipes into the groove, as this can compromise the integrity of the installation.

3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools to achieve precise cuts. Ensure that the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface for optimal performance.

 

(2) Reliable CPVC Power Sheath Connection Procedures

1. Connections for the CPVC power protective casing are achieved through either socket or interface methods, ensuring a secure and stable assembly.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate the required insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for a flawless connection.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clean any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is crucial to facilitate an effective connection and prevent potential water leakage.

 

(3) Optimal Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the areas surrounding the CPVC power protective casing are meticulously backfilled with soft soil, providing adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements, ensuring robust and durable protection for the pipeline.
