Installation Instructions

1. Ensure each pipe is inspected thoroughly according to the product standards before installation. Any pipe failing to meet these standards must not be used for laying.

2. Handle the pipes with utmost care during transportation. Avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing heavy machinery like forklifts and tractors to move pipes in the trench. Always lift and place them gently.

3. Maintain a dry trench while laying pipes, and dig progressively to match the pipe laying. Groove dimensions should align with the pipe's length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width equal to or greater than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill grooves with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. Use mechanical methods for cutting pipes to the required length. Ensure the cut is smooth and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, always utilize matching pipe fittings. Do not create holes in the pipes or fittings to connect sections.

6. Lay pipes in accordance with the design-specified slope, ensuring elevation errors are within the limits defined by the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. Opt for fusion or flange connections, especially in low-temperature conditions. Clean all connecting parts thoroughly, ensuring they are free from soil, water, and other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts based on the site's soil quality and respective standards.
