Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Our CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is complemented by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers, with each positioned precisely 0.5 meters away from the joint for maximum stability and efficiency.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings can be smoothly carried out manually. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew located at the trench's bottom. It is imperative to avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain integrity and safety.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, it is essential to use mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a flawlessly smooth and flat surface for optimal performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connecting CPVC power protective casings is seamlessly achieved using either socket or interface connections, providing flexibility and reliability.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the insertion length clearly. Upon insertion into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the external surface of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This meticulous preparation ensures a secure connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should be undertaken promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been fully accepted. Immediate backfilling is crucial to prevent potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. It is essential to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to maintain the structural integrity and safety of the installation.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch with care; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must strictly meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and longevity of the installation.
