2. Ensure seamless connections by utilizing PE pipes and fittings crafted from the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to making any connections, conduct a comprehensive quality test to ensure all standards are impeccably met.
3. For optimal connection of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain pristine pipe ends. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings. Upon completing each connection, immediately inspect the interface to ensure perfection in joining.
5. Abide by the precise pressure holding and cooling periods prescribed for hot melt butt welding by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. Ensure that during these critical phases, the connecting parts remain undisturbed, free from any movement or pressure.
6. Following the connection procedure, it is indispensable to conduct a thorough water pressure test on the pipes. This test must be carried out within one hour post-completion of the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline, reveal the joints, fill the pipeline entirely with water, purge any air, and meticulously check for water tightness to ensure flawless operation.
7. Declare the pipeline engineering construction ready for operation only after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring it meets all requisite standards.
