Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo thorough inspection in accordance with the product standards. Any pipe that fails to meet these standards must not be laid.

2. When moving the pipe, it must be lifted and placed gently. Dragging, rolling, or using machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or other heavy equipment to move the pipe within the trench is strictly prohibited.

3. Ensure no water is present in the trench during pipe laying. It is recommended to dig the trench simultaneously with laying the pipe. The groove length should align with the pipe interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. After completing the interface, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. When cutting the pipe to the required length, utilize mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for this process.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, use appropriate matching pipe fittings. Do not create openings on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the specified slope in the design requirements. The elevation error must not exceed the limits set in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. When the ambient temperature is low or near the minimum, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts including sockets, sleeves, and seals are free of soil, water, and other impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, apply anti-corrosion measures based on the soil quality and relevant standards.
