Installation Instructions

1. Before installation, each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our stringent product standards. Under no circumstances should a pipe that fails to meet these standards be laid.

2. When transporting the pipe, it should be handled with the utmost care—lift and place it gently. Avoid dragging, rolling, or using machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or forklifts for movement within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during the pipe-laying process. Ideally, dig the trench concurrently with pipe laying. The trench length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is complete, backfill the groove immediately with medium-coarse sand.

4. When cutting the pipe to the desired length, use mechanical cutting methods. Ensure the cutting face is flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Never use an open flame for cutting.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, always utilize matching pipe fittings. Do not create openings in the pipes or fittings to attach additional connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the specified design slope. The elevation error should not exceed the limits set forth in the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. Utilize fusion or flange connections in environments with low or minimum temperatures. During connections, ensure that the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts are free of soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, implement anti-corrosion measures based on soil conditions and relevant standards.
