Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a rigorous inspection based on our stringent product standards. Pipes that do not conform to these standards are strictly prohibited from being laid to ensure the utmost quality and safety.

2. To prevent damage, always handle the pipes with care. Lift and place the pipes gently; dragging, rolling, or using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move the pipes within the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure there is no water accumulation in the trench during pipe laying. It's best to dig the trench as you lay the pipe. The trench dimensions should suit the pipe: depth between 50-100mm and width at least matching the pipe's outer diameter. Once the pipe laying interface is complete, fill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. If a pipe needs to be cut to a specific length, use mechanical cutting methods for precision. The cut must be clean, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Never use an open flame for cutting as it could compromise the pipe's integrity.

 

5. For any changes in pipe diameter or when connecting a branch pipe, ensure the use of appropriate, matching fittings. Avoid drilling holes into the pipes or fittings for connection purposes to maintain structural integrity.

6. Lay the pipe according to the designated slope outlined in the design specifications. The elevation error must not exceed the limits specified in the current national standard, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268.

7. For low-temperature environments or conditions close to the minimum temperature, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are free from soil, water, and impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, in accordance with onsite soil conditions and relevant standards.
