Installation Instructions

 

1. Each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection aligned with the product standard before installation. If any discrepancies are found, laying the pipe is strictly prohibited.

2. When moving the pipe, it should be gently lifted and placed. Dragging, rolling, or using machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move pipes within the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during pipe laying. It's advisable to dig the trench simultaneously with the pipe laying. The groove length should match the interface length, the depth should be 50-100mm, and the width should be no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately fill the grooves with medium coarse sand after completing the interface.

4. When cutting the pipe to the required length, use mechanical methods to ensure a flat and perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. Avoid using an open flame for cutting.

 

5. Use matching pipe fittings when changing the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes. Do not create openings on the pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the designed slope requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the specified value in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. In low or near-minimum temperatures, use fusion or flange connections. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts to ensure they are free from soil, water, and other impurities. For metallic components like flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion measures based on the soil quality and relevant standards.
