Installation Instructions

 

1. Each pipe must be meticulously inspected according to the product standards before installation. Any pipe failing to meet these standards is strictly prohibited from being used.

2. Gently lift and place the pipe during movement. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar machinery to move the pipe in trenches is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry during pipe laying. Dig the trench concurrently with pipe laying. The groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. Use mechanical methods for cutting the pipe to the required length. Ensure the cutting surface is smooth and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Never use an open flame for cutting.

 

5. When changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, use appropriate fittings. Do not create holes in the pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the designated slope in the design specifications. The elevation error must not exceed the limits set by the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268.

7. Use fusion or flange connections in low or near-minimum temperatures. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free of soil, water, and other impurities. For metal components like flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion measures based on the soil quality and corresponding standards.
